Our Mission
For nearly 40 years, Miller Personnel Consultants has thrived on providing professional and ethical recruiting and placement services for a variety of industries across the US and some parts of Canada.
We place candidates in full-time, career-oriented job opportunities with our client companies (the employers). For candidates scheduled for interviewing with our client companies, we offer career counseling and coaching services free of charge, as well as gaining feedback from the employer when an interview has taken place. We will track where things stand in the interviewing and hiring process for all of our candidates.
We take pride in doing whatever we can to facilitate a hiring taking place for candidates who are interested in receiving a job offer from our employers.
In July 1980, Miller Personnel Consultants was established, based on the concept that a broad-based educational background, coupled with diverse, actual work experience in many areas would enhance Mark's ability to match people up with the right positions, and to maintain a very good quality of service. Thirty-seven years later we are known for our high standard of ethics, our commitment to provide a very professional service, and we proudly stand behind our reputation.
Our candidates often relate how well-prepared they felt throughout the interview and hiring process. After initial interviews with our client companies, a high percentage of candidates express a strong interest in moving forward, and we try to do everything possible to facilitate an offer being made and a hiring taking place.
